From Ground to Garden: A Lifecycle Approach
BIKS Maintenance & Projects grew from a simple conviction: spaces deserve a trades partner who can think across the full spectrum of building and maintenance, not just one isolated task. I founded BIKS because I saw projects stall when trades operate in silos and clients juggle multiple contractors. I built a partner who can oversee plumbing, electrical, carpentry, garden care, and pool services under one roof, with on-site leadership and a clear line of communication. We work with homes and businesses, handling new builds, extensions, renovations, repairs, and ongoing maintenance. My approach centers on durable craft, careful planning, and decisions documented for every stake in the project. I respect spaces by minimizing disruption and keeping areas clean. I plan for the long term: after a project is finished, I stay connected for maintenance and support. Across trades, I encourage knowledge sharing to keep solutions practical, cost-aware, and aligned with your goals. Gallery and project storytelling: The site includes a Projects Gallery. For each project I create a Gallery Item with Title, Date (optional), Short Caption, and Image(s). Where possible, I add before/after pairs and a concise narrative describing goals and outcomes. All images are web-optimized and include alt text. Projects are categorized for easy navigation (Residential, Commercial, Outdoor, Pools). The CMS workflow is designed so future projects can be added without needing a developer.

We are BIKS Maintenance & Projects—an end-to-end building and property care partner for homes and businesses. We lead projects across trades with on-site leadership, clear communication, and durable finishes. We offer a free site survey for new clients, and a complimentary on-site assessment plus a tailored maintenance plan for first-time projects. Gallery content follows below in the Projects Gallery section: a gallery will showcase 3–5 images per project (before/after when possible) with captions; upload web-optimized images (JPEG/PNG) at a minimum width of 1200 pixels, and provide alt text for accessibility. Images will be organized by Residential, Commercial, Outdoor, and Pools to aid navigation.
Riverside Family Home Extension: We added 60m2 to a riverside home to create an open-plan kitchen-dining space that links with the garden. I coordinated structural steel, drainage, insulation, and airtight sealing, while keeping disruption to a minimum. The project emphasizes on-site leadership and cross-trade collaboration, delivering a durable, characterful space that fits the home and remains functional for years.
